¤ How will our relationship work? Please direct all cleaning changes, schedule changes, as well
as any other concerns directly to Helping Hands management. We will work
quickly to resolve any problems right away.
¤ Do I need to have my own
cleaning supplies? No, our teams come equipped with everything
they need to clean your house.
¤ Who comes to clean my home?
Our cleaning teams are thoroughly trained. We send the same
cleaning team or individual to your home each time, except in the case of
illness or vacations. |
¤ Do I
need to be home while you clean my house? No, most of our
customers are not home while we clean. The only people who will have access to
your home is Helping Hand team members. By far the easiest way for us to access
your home is for you to give us a key. You may also leave a key on the
premises. Lock outs- In the event that we are unable to gain access to
your home you may be charged your regular cleaning fee. The best way for us to
have reliable access to your home is for you to provide Helping Hands with a
key.
¤ What time
will you come to my home? Our normal work days are Monday
through Friday from 8am to 5 pm. It is not possible to give you an exact time
of arrival but we will do our best to meet your needs.
¤ What do I need to do before
you come to my home? So we make the most of the time we spend at
your home, we ask that you have clothing, toys and other household items picked
up.
¤ Do your
team members climb ladders or move my furniture? Because we
value our employees and their safety, we do not ask them to climb ladders or
move furniture over #25.
¤ What if something is broken or damaged during a
cleaning? We always treat your home with care and respect;
however, if something is damaged or broken we will make every effort to repair
or if necessary, replace the damaged item. When appropriate we will file an
insurance claim.
¤ Are you insured and bonded? Yes,
Helping Hands carries general liability insurance as well as workman's
compensation insurance. No need to worry, your home and our team members are
both protected.
¤ What if I need to reschedule my cleaning day or my
regular cleaning day falls on a Holiday? Helping Hands
management will contact you to reschedule your cleaning should it fall on a
Holiday. In the event you need to reschedule your cleaning day, we appreciate a
96 hour notice. When short notice is given we may need to charge you ½
of your normal cleaning rate.
¤ How do I pay? Helping Hands will send
you a bill for your cleaning services. You may pay by cash or check. Cash is
required for one time cleaning service.
